To enable a seamless transition from prototype to production, we work with modern 3D printers. So you can get a quick first impression of your product. We are able to offer our customers ready-made models from the 3D printer as well as to assist in the design and development of the part or data. Or to construct it immediately according to customer specifications and wishes. We see the benefits of 3D printing technology for our customers in the areas of prototyping, tooling and small series, such as spare parts.

Due to the dimensions of our thermoformed parts, our focus is on large format 3D prints. We can offer prints up to 600 x 600 x 600 mm. As 3D printing evolves at high speed, we are constantly aiming to stay on top of the game. An advantage that we pass on to our customers. Our printers use the melt layer process (FDM/FFF)

The strengths of 3D printing are, in our opinion, especially in combination with other processing methods such as thermoforming, injection molding or CNC milling. Especially in the creation of prototype tools, 3D printing can significantly reduce and simplify the tooling process.
